In the last episode, I shared how the breadcrumb trail led me to have my own soul plan reading and how I was called to become a soul plan practitioner myself and the beautiful insights and awakenings that come from knowing your soul plan.
If you haven't heard that episode yet, you might want to start there. And if you have, in today's episode, I'm going to go deeper into how soul plan charts are calculated, what happens in a session and what you gain from knowing your soul plan. The first thing you have to be either down with or at least open to is the idea that we have been here in human form many times before.
If you're not quite sure about that, check out the fascinating work of Dr. Ian Stevenson and his studies of children who can spontaneously remember very specific details about their former life. When these details from the children are then checked against the details of the former life being described, you know, the people, the places, the events, they are so in agreement that it is really hard to argue that they didn't live as these other people.
Dr. Stevenson studied over 3, 000 past life case reports from all over the world, and the likelihood of all of these details being correct by chance is astronomically small. His work has been published in scientific journals, it's been studied in universities, and it's interesting that at the start of my soul plan sessions with clients, I used to always try to gauge, like, how on board are they with the idea that we've been here many times before, and that we choose our parents, and I started realizing, like, In my sessions with people, they were like, yeah, yeah, I believe that, or I'm open to that, or just, of course.
And I soon realized that there's just a remembering of this. that people do know deep inside somewhere that this isn't their first time here. Back when I first started my awakening journey and discovered my insatiable appetite for unraveling the mysteries of life, I remember clearly thinking that the more I can understand about it all before I die, then the next time I come back, I'll return with this higher base level of understanding.
I figured those people who were born with clairvoyant abilities or Who never questioned the stuff that other people would call woo woo, they probably picked up where they left off in their previous life. So I decided that I want to know as much as I can in this lifetime. So, next time I come back more evolved and elevated right from birth.
So many people are waking up now and the soul plan information is here to expedite us so we no longer need to keep reliving the same challenges again and again and again until we get it. We now have the means to transmute these energies and even turn them into our greatest gifts. All we need to be doing is stepping up and doing what we came here to do and knowing your soul plan.
Absolutely assist with this. The soul plan system seems to be a channeled modality, like human design if you know anything about that. I'm going to do a separate episode about human design. It's another great tool for understanding yourself on a deep level. Soul plan came through by a man called Brank Elper.
And when he died, his wife shared it with Blue Marsden, who refined it into a system and a healing modality. SoulPlan has its roots in the ancient Hebrew gemitria. I think I'm saying that wrong, gematria. I never knew this before studying SoulPlan, but each letter of the Hebrew alphabet has a corresponding sound vibration.
And in Hindu tradition, the link between sound and creation begins with the universal mantra Om. It's the very first sound from which all else manifest. Our birth name carries a vibrational frequency. Each letter corresponds to numbers and all of it is translated into your soul plan. Do you know much about your name?
Who named you? Was it your mother's choice? Or will your parents say that it was a name they both really liked? Were you named after a relative? Do you have an unusual name? Or is it spelled differently to most? Do you have a middle name? And do you know why? And if you don't have a middle name, why not? I think about my own name.
I didn't have a name at all for several days. I was the result of a teenage pregnancy, and my strict grandparents were not at all happy about it. But when I was abandoned by my father, my grandparents took me in. My mother obviously wanted to appease them, so she asked them what they wanted me to be called.
My grandpa loved the name Shirley, after Shirley Temple. And my grandmother said, What about Kelly? This was 1966. My grandmother lived in a very sheltered life on a rural farm in Minnesota, and I'm not sure how she even heard of the name Kelly, because it was such a new name then. But my mom liked it better than Shirley, so there you go.
She threw in Lynn as my middle name. And I now know so many American women my age with either Lynn or Marie as their middle names. Now that my grandmother has passed through to the other side and has given me important messages via a clairvoyant, as told in a previous episode, I think that was in Series 1, I now see that she channeled through my name.
The truth is, You don't really need to dig around and try to find out why you have your name. You chose your parents and your name came through to them because it contains the energetic frequencies of your soul plan. It's like the barcode you came into this lifetime with. If even one letter of your full birth name were different, it would translate into a different soul plan.
So that's why some don't even have a middle name, because those extra letters would not have worked with your plan. So when booking in for a soul plan session with me, all I ask for is your birth name as it appears on your birth certificate. Now, when I was in my training course to become a certified soul plan practitioner, I got stuck at the very first hurdle, numerical calculations.
As I explained in part one of this series, I have dyscalculia, which is like dyslexia, but with numbers. So on day one of my course, we were all given sample birth names to calculate and we'd come back after the break and mine was always incorrect. My face was bright red. I felt so stupid and lost. I thought, how can I become a soul plan practitioner if I can't even accurately work out their soul plan?
Imagine if I got it wrong and I shared a soul plan with someone and it wasn't even theirs? I nearly bowed out of the course, but thankfully I mustered up the courage to raise my hand. I admitted my challenge with numbers. It's actually in my soul plan to have a learning difficulty. And to my relief, I was told that even though it's important that we understand how calculations are done.
Once we become qualified, there's a SoulPlan software for us to input the name of our client and receive the absolute correct calculations. Woo! I was back in the game. And it turns out I wasn't the only one who was struggling there. I'm happy I admitted it out loud and I didn't just quit because I love doing this work so much.
In a SoulPlan Zoom session, I share your soul plan chart with you. And it looks like a star with a downward facing and an upward facing triangle overlapped. If you can kind of picture that this is referred to as your star of creation, the downward facing star has everything to do with your worldly life.
It even points down like towards the earth. And they say this takes the most precedence in the first part of your life has everything to do with the Worldly part of your life, you know, the tangibles, establishing yourself in the world, getting your education, getting your, your job, starting your career, perhaps getting married, having children, any of that worldly stuff.
And then somewhere in the second part of your life, and it can be different for everybody. We begin to open up more to the spiritual aspects of life. And then right in the middle of your chart is the, of your start of creation is your soul destiny. And your soul destiny is like the core of who you are.
It's who you came here to be and what you came here to do. And it's also indicative of your highest potential and your overall purpose. People are always looking for what their purpose is. You know, why am I here? What am I meant to be doing? So it's exciting in a session to get to the soul destiny. And I always read a soul message that comes through as part of the soul destiny.
And it's incredible because oftentimes it doesn't entirely make sense to me. And even as I'm saying the words to my client, I'm thinking, is this making sense to them? And then we open our eyes and get tears running down their face, or they're nodding along. And it's incredible. How when someone hears their soul destiny, it's like a knowing, like a deep yes.
And there are occasions where people think, really? Oh gosh, that's my soul destiny. And they feel like it's really quite far out of their reach. And what I always have to remember is that if I'd had my soul plan reading done earlier, earlier in life, I mean, even in my late forties, if I'd had my soul plan reading done, it would not have resonated with me.
I know that because my soul destiny is all about bringing groups of people together and being a catalyst for change. And it's very much about facilitating groups. And prior to creating my membership when I was 50, I didn't like to do anything in groups. And yet My soul was clearly pushing me to be doing group work, to be running retreats, to be facilitating circles.
And, you know, when I had my soul plan reading done and Anita got to the part about my soul destiny and me working with groups, oh my goodness, I just, it just like hit me how long I resisted that. And if I'd known my soul plan earlier in life, I know that I wouldn't have pushed against it. I wouldn't have resisted it as much as I did.
You know, our souls are always nudging us in the direction of our soul destiny, but it's just a question of how much we stand in our own way and how much resistance we have. I talked about all that in the previous episode. When I go through someone's chart, I begin with the worldly aspects of their chart and we start with their worldly challenges and then their worldly talents.
and then their worldly goals. And then I move into the spiritual aspects of their chart. We go through their spiritual challenges, their spiritual talents, and their spiritual goals. And I love this analogy when it comes to understanding what we mean by our challenges, our talents, and our goals. So imagine in life that there are a series of locked doors and you know there must be so much more on the other side of these doors.
These are like our challenges. Locked doors with so much potential beyond them, but we're kind of stuck on the other side of these doors. And you can go through life trying to pick the lock, trying to figure out what's on the other side, kind of banging your head against these locked doors. Or you might just ignore the doors and just stay over in your small area and just make do with what you've got.
Now imagine that your talents are like the ring of keys that you've had in your back pocket the entire time. And these keys Unlock the doors. It's like if you've ever read The Alchemist, where he travels all around the world and then finds out that what he was looking for was buried in his garden the whole time, right under his nose.
Or Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz with her magic slippers. The whole time she was looking for a way to get back home, and she finally realizes that she was wearing the magic slippers the entire time. So our talents are like, we've got, we've got them, they're with us all the time, they're like the keys in our back pocket, they unlock the doors to our challenges.
But oftentimes we just don't know what our talents are, you know, when we know what our soul chosen talents are and we are fully using them, the challenges become less of an obstacle. And with those doors unlocked and open, we can then pass through to all the infinite potential that we couldn't previously see.
When you know your soul goals, no longer are you chasing after random, ever changing goals. You have a clear sense of purpose and direction. And when you're thinking about doing something, you can kind of run it through this filter of, is this an alignment with my goals? Or is this a distraction? In a soul plan session, when I describe the talent energies that people have, it's almost always something that they resonate with.
They'll go, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's true. Yep. That is me. But we often have this thing where we shrug off what we're good at. Like people will even tell us, Oh, you're so good at that. And we're kind of like, yeah, well, you know, whatever. Isn't everybody. And the truth is no, not everybody. We've all come here to express different talents.
And if we're in our talent energies and we're not trying to be good at everything and really embodying and activating the talents that we came into this lifetime to express, the world would be so much more harmonious because there's actually meant to be a natural balance of talent. Some people are meant to be doing this and other people are meant to be doing that.
And in this day and age. Because of the internet, because of social media, we get to see so much of what everybody else is doing, right? And there are so many courses out there to learn how to do this or to become qualified in that. We can get really scrambled in what we're actually good at, what our true talents actually are.
Think about it way back in the day, if you lived in a small village, everybody would have their thing, right? There'd be the guy who's really good at making shoes and everybody would know he's the guy you go to to get your shoes. And there'd be the woman who's really good at sewing the dresses and making the beautiful hats.
And everyone would go to her for that. She'd probably feel really in her element because she knew that that was her thing. And then there would be that woman on the edge of the village who makes up the magic potions. Or who has that talent of being the clairvoyant. Would be able to see into people and give them soulful insights.
Everybody had their roles. Now in society, it's just so convoluted. We get so confused about what we're here to do. There's so many choices and we get so many conflicting messages from outside of ourselves. And so when you find out in a soul plan reading what the talents are that you came into this world to express, it helps you to live in alignment with those talents.
In the soul plan reading, I get to really work with somebody on, you know, are you really embodying your talents? Are you trying to be good at everything or are you beating yourself up for all the things you're not good at rather than really leaning into your true talents? I had a client recently who said, yeah, I know this is my talent.
You know, when we got to the set talent part of her chart and she said, this is what I actually wanted to do when I finished school. But my parents told me I wasn't going to make any money that way. And so I became an accountant and I think about parental expectations. Especially in certain cultures where they're expected to be a doctor or a lawyer.
They could be living out of alignment with their soul plan for their whole life. Now I will say that soul plan readings are definitely not just about careers. The energies in your chart are about your health. You may find out that there's certain challenges in your health that you're meant to be working through, or that the health challenges you're having are as a result of you not working through some other elements of the challenge, your relationships.
We can look at that, your passions. It's the way you show up in the world or the way you hide. The way you communicate, your self limiting beliefs. As SoulPlan practitioners, we can use the framework to structure our client sessions however we wish. We could do a lower priced, quite general reading first.
And then offer a package of follow up sessions to go deeper. But I have to say, I just can't seem to help but to go deep and fast. I share so much in just one session. I do pack in quite a lot. I talk quite quickly. But this is why the sessions are recorded. And I really encourage people to go back into the replay with a notebook and a journal and to pause and stop and write down more.
Creating someone's soul plan chart is very sacred to me. Thank you. I love to get into the right energetic space, there's a whole ritual I love doing. It can take me a couple of hours to create one person's chart. I set my space with candles, incense, or essential oils. I play really special music. If the weather is suitable, I love creating soul plan charts outdoors in nature.
I look at the energies in each area of their star of creation and I ask for the information that could be coming through for this particular client. I mean, I know all the energies. So when I see the symbols and the, the, the numbers in their chart, now I learned what all those mean, but I just kind of ask like in this session, what needs to be shared?
And then I hand draw their chart. I begin writing and drawing up the symbols. I often list botch flower remedies that will support clients with their challenges, should know by now I'm super into the botch flower remedies. So yeah, when you know your soul plan, when you know what your goals are and your soul destiny.
You begin to run everything through this filter of, is this an alignment with, with my soul plan or is this a distraction? And for me, it has helped me to live with so much more clarity. Each session ends with a healing modality. So I always want to make sure that I pace us. So there's plenty of time at the end for this healing because it is so powerful.
It's a way of activating your talent energies and clearing away these challenge energies and transmuting them into their positive characteristics. And we go through a future pacing, which is a visualization of you really embodying your talents and stepping forward into your goals. We visualize it together.
We see it so powerfully in the present moment as if it is already your reality. Now, So yeah, you really get a lot in a session with me. I always end each call just feeling so deeply honored that somebody has trusted me to share their soul plan with them. It just really does feel like the biggest honor to be trusted with something as important as your soul plan.
And after the session I send a follow up email with the replay and I encourage Everyone to give it a little time and then to listen to it again, this time with a journal or a notebook and a pen so you can really stop. You can hear it again because there are things that you just don't hear the first time around.
And part of that's because I go quite fast. There's a lot of information that you might be processing. One bit of information while I'm saying something else. I also think there's an element of We're only ready to hear what we're ready to hear. And when you go back again, you listen to it again. The next time there'll be something else that didn't quite click with you the first time.
And it does the next time. And each time you listen, because it's the kind of thing you do keep going back to again and again. Cause there are so many different ways to receive this information on both the mental and the cellular level. And there'll just be points in your life where you go back to it and you think, wow, yeah, I'm seeing that now.
I'm feeling that now. That's what's happened with me. Definitely. You also get some healing affirmations, especially for you. And I always encourage people to write those healing affirmations down on an index card or in the front cover of their journal someplace where they can be meditating on and using those affirmations to help you to integrate it all.
And, uh, I am now feeling called to work with people who have done soul plan sessions with me previously to work together in groups. It's my soul destiny and my worldly goal to be working with groups. And I've seen how soul plan works on my retreats, how on a four day retreat, we can work on day one on our challenges and day two, we'll look at our talents day three, our goals.
And on the final day, our soul destiny, it works so beautiful as a four day retreat. And I know that not everybody can fly to Ibiza for one of my retreats, but I'm going to stop there and actually say, you know what? Do put it on your vision board. If it's something that you feel called to do, like go to my website, there's pictures of the retreat, like find a picture and put it on your vision board because it is incredible how many people have been able to come that didn't initially think that they would ever be able to for multitudes of reasons until I told them, put it on your vision board.
And they ended up manifesting it, like everything just lined up for them to build a come. And if you do end up putting my retreat on your vision board, write to me, send me an email and let me know. Because. My spiritual talent in my soul plan is manifestation and mastery. I can manifest ideas and dreams into reality.
So just let me know and I will also visualize you being there together. We'll make it happen. Um, but in the meantime, I'm going to begin creating online zoom sessions where people can come together in small groups and we can be doing some of the work like I do on my retreats. Hearing each other's soul plans is really powerful, because it gets you to really see each other as souls.
You know, we are souls having a human experience. And when we can see our fellow human beings in this way, it really helps us. Because when you're hearing about somebody else who's got a challenge and you're thinking, huh, that sounds a lot like my mother, or that sounds like my husband or my child, you begin to have more compassion and understanding for those people and for all humans.
And I am now level two soul plan qualified, which means that if you have had a soul plan reading with me already, We can now do a family soul plan reading together. This is an opportunity to be able to place your family members, you know, your loved ones. We've even had people adding their dog or their cat because your pet has a soul too.
And we can look at all of your charts side by side. And if you're a parent, I find it a really powerful way for you to build a parent from a soul perspective and support them. Imagine if you were being hard on them for something and it turns out it's their soul challenge. or discouraging them to do something and it turns out it's their soul talent.
We are never trying to meddle or manipulate and we do a whole meditation at the beginning to set clear intentions around this. We are approaching this precious information with only love and compassion. And I've seen some really powerful family dynamics. Where we find out that the husband and the wife have the same soul destiny.
Or we can see why family members are in this unit together, because some have the talents and some have those exact same energies as their challenges. And it means that the ones with the talents could be helping those with the challenges. So yeah, there's some really beautiful synergies that you begin to see when you work with families and you understand why we choose our parents and you know why your children have chosen you to be their guides and woof.
It's really powerful. I just love this work. And I am now also doing business names too, which is great for you. If you're wanting to name your business, you know, you're starting a new business, you're toying with some different names for your business. It's really incredible to put these different shortlisted options side by side against your soul plan chart.
So again, it's really good to have your own individual soul plan reading done first so that you really understand all of that. And then you put these other potential business names next to your soul plan. And We look at it in a couple of different ways. We look at whether these energies that come up in these potential names are in alignment with your soul planet energies, and we also look at the nature of the business.
You know, are the energies that are coming through with this particular name in alignment with what would be really good for this business. For example, there are some energies that are about speech and vocal and communication. So if you were opening a singing school or you're a speech therapist, if one of those names actually has the energies of speech and communication, it'll just be a big fat yes.
You'll just be able to go, okay, that's the one, that's it. And it has been so fascinating for me to put the names of my previous businesses in. I didn't know SoulPlan when I was, when I was coming up with any of these names, but now I've put it in just out of curiosity. And the very first name I used was Project Me for Busy Mothers.
And that, those letters, the vibrational frequencies of those letters created a business that brought in the very best energies for that. And then after a while, I dropped The Busy Mothers. I just had it be Project Me, and then it took on a different vibe. And then the title of my High Vibe Journey program is literally filled with the highest vibrational frequencies.
I couldn't believe it. I'm like, wow, High Vibe Journey is actually, it's just the most perfect name for that program. As is Soul Explorers. That's the name of my membership and it's full of the exact kind of energies that you would need for a membership that's about soul exploration. So yeah, I can help with names of books and programs too if you're struggling with that.
I've always had a talent for naming businesses and my new business is called kellypietrangeli. com and I wasn't at all confident about this. It can be a tricky name to spell. I thought, Oh, I'm just going to be forever having to spell it for people, but I knew soul plan by then. So I did a chart for it and it was absolutely in alignment with the work I'm doing now.
It has the highest vibrational frequencies in the success area of the business chart. It has. angelic, ethereal, like very spiritual energies in the abilities area. It's pioneering. It's bold. It's just everything that was like, okay, okay. I still, I think I still resisted against it. And I did the sway test.
I did a whole video about that. I did the sway test and the sway was just a big forward. Yes. I'm like, okay, okay. Okay. By the way, did you know that names with E L in them are angelic, all the archangels names. And in EL, you know, Gabriel, Michael, Raphael. In Hebrew, EL means God. And I realized, I've got this in both of my names.
Kelly, and in my last name, Pietrangeli. Which literally means rock angels in Italian. Pietro, rock, Angeli is angels. So, if you're named Michelle, Ellie, Rachel, Melissa, Adele, Danielle, there are so many others, or Angela or Angelica, which actually spell out angel. I find it all super fascinating. But anyway, back to the topic.
Um, I can also do name change overlay readings. So for example, I've had some clients who are divorced. And they're contemplating not having their husband's name anymore, and whether they'd like to go back to their maiden name or one client. She actually chose her grandmother's maiden name to use after her divorce.
She probably channeled that name through once she set her intention to drop her ex husband's name and was kind of contemplating names. It's like her grandmother's energy just came in. And the soul plan energies that come through with her new last name, we got to look at it, it is in alignment with the kind of work that she's doing now.
So that was really exciting to realize. So as you can see, there's a lot to discover and play with and learn and evolve from knowing your soul plan. There are infinite possibilities. And I just love doing this work so much. One example I'd really love to share is a SoulPlan reading that especially stands out in my heart.
I prepared a SoulPlan chart two or three years ago for a woman who has a severely disabled daughter who will never walk or talk and needs 24 7 care. She said when she got pregnant and she told her mother, well, when I go back to work after the baby is born, her mother said, what if you don't go back to work?
And she said, ah, don't be silly. Of course I'm going to go back to work. And she has never gone back to work. Her life has been devoted to being a mother. And when we look to her soul plan chart, her soul destiny, divine mother, to see the beauty in everything and everyone, and to help others to see the beauty in everything and everyone.
And that is what she embodies. Her daughter chose her, and she chose her daughter for their soul's evolution. If she'd just gone back to work after becoming a mother, and hadn't surrendered to the deep love and compassion, the dedication, the commitment to caring for her daughter, she wouldn't have had the opportunity to really embody the essence of the Divine Mother.
When she asked me if I'd have a look at her daughter's soul plan, and she gave me her birth name, I'm going to admit I was a little nervous. What would the talents and goals and soul destiny be for someone with a severe disability? And I looked and it was incredibly insightful. Her challenge is a disability and her talent is to be a ray of sunshine to others.
Her goal is speech and communication. And the entire rest of her chart, including her soul destiny is all the same number six, just six sixes, which is pure light and creativity. She's here to be a luminary spreading light into the world and manifesting harmony. And her mother describes her light and how wherever she takes her, people are always drawn to her light.
